Somewhat new to listing rules, but I can't see why ASX would approve consecutive trading halts instead of a temporary pause in listing.
There should have been direct explanatory discussion between the two, and an understanding of something serious enough to warrant this.
An nterim announcement between trading halts would be the appropriate governance measure here.
