    Yeah I just read that little snippet from the switzer site, but I haven't seen the AFR ad which would make interesting reading.

    If they give investors an out near NTA I hope it can be done quickly. That is preferably mainly via an off market buyback as opposed to converting to the watermark unlisted trust. I have noticed that restructures like seen at EGI and MA1 seem to take a very long time compared to what they were suggesting initially.
