Well of course he didn't respond. This is much too serious not to be a statement of response generated by the Board. Here's a subsidiary 90% owned facing some of the worst publicity possible. Take into account all the discussion around fires, illegal storage and dumping and you have a journalist seeing opportunity and going for the jugular and quite possibly succeeded in the kill. However don't just leave it at that though, the EPA and Council also have a lot of explaining to do. This was going on right under their noses and shames the entire recycling industry and regulatory bodies combined - IMO. In fact put it out there that it's more EPA pussy footing around behaving like a toothless tiger !
