From that AFR article @neading linked: "The placement was priced at 6.7¢ a share, which represented a 6.9 per cent discount to Boss' last close and a 12.3 per cent discount to the 10-day VWAP, according to terms sent to funds."
Not bad placement price I reckon, I was expecting something in the fives.
