I thought that was coming . . smart to credit raise while price is high but we will get heavily diluted now. Can't see an offtake agreement anytime soon either, BOE would have announced a signing before a credit raise in order to raise the share price and then also to down play the credit raise. My opinion is that they are still 12-18months out and want to raise some funds before the depreciating bank balance bank starts to drive down the stock price.
