very disappointing. sold out at a loss last week at 31 cents. there have been no announcements to market in Sept to indicate this was coming and yet the share price doubled in the lead up to this announcement - very questionable. it looks that someone(s) have been buying in the lead up to this announcement.

this company has been making next to no revenue . have had no material purchase orders to date. they have some MOUs but in my experience the percentage that lead to anything material is not huge.

in the past the SP spiked and Victor sold some of his shares (Oct 2018 I think at around 56cents?).

in my discussions with a solar expert at a university - this tech does not yield high wattage but CPV are in market , have done the hard yards of getting their product known and have manufacturing capability which puts them ahead of any would be competition.

I am expecting this first deal won't be super profitable and some how tied into helping CPV with capital and cash flow.

I will reconsider my position after digesting the details of the deal.
