This could be something that was forced on OGC. Loan covenants may have been breached regarding cash flows and asset valuations and finance companies may not have been as forgiving due to the circumstances.

I noticed the Toronto market was really hammering the SP, whilst the Sydney market seemed more forgiving. Given the Instos were more likely active on the Toronto exchange, they may have gotten wind of the financial comings and goings and CR. After all Scotia Bank is Canadian.
