If the new capital raising of 31,200,000 shares @ AU$0.80 = $25,200,000 is correct, then we should see new institutions on the share register.

Maybe Genentech is playing hardball !

We will know next week if management has been approached by an institution to take a large shareholding, based on the existing and future data presentations for Paxalisib.
