The capital raise had to happen; the price will be what it will be. Agree with your comments, lets hoping their is a huge improvement on how the funds are managed/used.

Looking at the positives, what I got from the annual report (after initially banging my head against the wall) was that it reiterated the huge potential for this company, if they were to raise capital and increase or improve management experience.

Yes, they have had, Executive Directors, CEO's etc in the past, that may not have worked, but that shouldn't drive or affect what they do going forward.

To me this capital raise means action, so lets just what and see.
