Technically, they may not have got any results yet from the FDA. It is still the 30th of September in the US at 8:15pm or so. I think they are delayed receiving them or have been notified it will take a little longer.
I think it is likely a TH so as to stop nervous nellies selling because of a delay in receiving the results.
