I tend to disagree. FDA will not release anything unless it's final. If there was delay from FDA then there would have been a announcement stating that FDA hasn't decided by 30th Sep.
I believe that FDA has decided and MSB is currently preparing the announcement to send to ASX OR ASX has received the announcement and wants to double check about some details with the company before releasing it to the market. Most likely it will be out today.
