As I said, from experience. Management (all companies) are always going to promote the company in the best possible light so if it is bad news they are going to be shocked (like everyone else) and will try to at least reflect their disappointment and try to give some steps they plan to take to address the result. Hence I don't think the TH till Monday indicates that this is good news. I suspect that they might not have even received the outcome from the FDA but might have been told that it about to land (--> get a TH in place). When they do receive it they will need to formulate an announcement/response and have it signed off by all and sundry. So my guess is that they probably think that the FDA determination will land sometime tonight (US daytime) and they will formulate the announcement to the market tomorrow and release it first thing Monday.
