exactly right! a momentous milestone for the company with a lot of moving parts - not just a letter to the asx but dealing with the press and dealing with manufacturing and sales force etc. I would not even rule out that FDA have given MSB the official decision (unlikely but possible in the mad times of covid). And as I've said before I don't think they would wait right until the last day and the last minute to tell MSB if they have rejected their application: that isnt fair on the company - time is money.
