Me thinks there wouldn't have been any need to TH the NASDAQ on 30th September if the news is actually scheduled for release to ASX on Monday.
Therefore IMO it's likely the news will be released today and surely needs to occur before ASX closing hours today.
So sequence should be
1. News release and remove TH in ASX prior to 4 pm Melbourne to allow some trading on ASX today
2. News release and remove TH in NASDAQ prior to start of NASDAQ tonight
