Im curious how this MSB tradinng halt works with the FDA announcements schedule

Surely the FDA wont hold back info until monday just because MSB wants to make an announcement.
But if the FDA releases a list of approvals from 30th sept and MESO is on the list/ isnt on the list doesnt that spoil MSB's update on monday?
God knows why MSB just can't make an announcement and then further update the market with a subsequent announcement
