So by that logic if FDA has decided against MSB do they need till 5/10 to inform the market? In doing so the management just makes the SH and market nervous and generate a huge negative response.
While the FDA response may be binary the result may not be too negative on MSB as it affects one of the products in the portfolio and there are more strings to the bow. Fingers crossed anyway
