One of the typical reasons beyond what I outlined earlier that a company might take a long time to out out an announcement while under TH would be if they are looking to do an additional capital raising. Since we are in TH they are allowed to talk to other parties about a placement on the back of the success, with funds to be used in the case of MSB to increase/control manufacturing. They would likely have had preliminary discussions but would need to finalise based to outcome and release simultaneously to market on Monday morning. TH is disruptive, so you want to utilise them as well as possible rather than doing one every few days.
