Why when it is extremely unlikely and makes little commercial sense? Out of all the scenarios, delaying the announcement due to a capital raising makes no sense. If this was on the cards MSB would have mentioned this in their TH request. MSB have stated the reason for the TH, it is due to the FDAs review of Ryoncil.
