Why would MSB care if price dropped by 3-4% lol
MSB had no trading halt when price dumped 40% to $3.40 then another dump to $3 pre ODAC approval
The price drop of 4% was just MESO matching the MSB closing price, and it was still trading higher (~$5.18)
