So if Ryoncil is approved for aGHVD doctors can prescribe it for other diseases as well? There's no rules against that? I.e. my doctor mate says that hospitals can't just decide to use what is likely to be very expensive drug just because they heard about it - need to be published and approved by hospital and the department. Physicians prescribing it will be taking a lot of risk. Given its like $200-300k a pop it seems very unlikely?
