DVidle- yes correct- they all have standard template just copy/paste. I did notice through they said Ann would be made on 14th aug and they did as I guess they know voting be done before ASX open.
As for this announcement- they said 5th October .. I reckon to safe guard SP manipulation should FDA delay verdict by few days which looks more likely now. Should FDA further delay it will go into suspension come Monday which is good news instead SP taking a beating just because FDA is delayed with Yes/No.
I don’t think they got tip off by FDA that news will be delayed instead MSB took corrective action to put both exchange on TH on action date given of late few approvals came early few days late..
very well played by MSB team I must admit.
