refer to my paragraph on the likelihood of a premediated trading halt... if that was their intention, they would have halted after 4.10pm on the 30th Sep on the ASX like they did for the ODAC meeting.
And do you really think the share price would have fallen 50% if the FDA was a day or two late? Given the fact that it is quite common for the FDA to be a day or two late, as many here have pointed out? Some even indicated that being late was a positive sign... maybe it would have gone up?
anyway I'm buggered.. time to sleep.
