I think most people were expecting a phase 4 post marketing study. So Mesoblast could have received a conditional approval, pending an agreement on the terms of the phase 4 trial? Maybe take a couple of days to discuss, sign off, then approval announced with the agreed plans for Ph4?
on the other hand, a CRL could of been issued and Meso are getting clarification? Would they need to announce the CRL straight away? Or wait to clarify?
If it was a CRL surely we would get the announcement today. If nothing today and it is pre trade Monday that might lean towards a positive result?
Anyway, who the f knows.... :/
