I got a reply to some questions I sent to management yesterday and a few days before that.
Satisfied with all the answers provided. I think they are aware that moving forward they will need to provide targets/metrics and they intend to do so. I can also confirm that the raise is only to professional and sophisticated investors, no idea for how much though.
Very professional in their replies, gave absolutely nothing away unfortunately
