$0.075 is a pathetic CR level for existing shareholders, it makes no sense the company needs to offer such a large discount as it's nowhere near the moving averages for MYL. Plus, $5M is peanuts, so no need to discount at all really.
The only positive for me is that it's only $5M (as per comments above) and not $20M+, so there won't be much dilution nor profit taking as it's only 3% of the company's market cap.
