It could be any number of things but I’ll go with another CR placement and SPP
vwap for past 5 days would be 85-87ish so the offer could be as high as 75c plus
it is a very sought after stock so might easily get the $15 or so mill required for bulk ore start up without debt and interest and also funds are in the bank within 45-60 days and only adds 20-25 mill shares to what’s issued already
SP going back to 75 to get to 1.25 is a necessary evil sometimes
