I can only assume, that a CR deal was offered to the company, that was too good to refuse
I think before we make any judgement we will need to see the details
(price, amount, who to, etc)
But I agree Bankroet, if it eliminates debt and speeds up production (and as long as the placement price is high enough), then it's probably a great move
