Are you going to stand by your comments that 'It is accepted by every company in the world that you borrow to invest and minimise the shares on issue'?????

Can you therefore explain to me the role of the stock market?

Or the need for IPO's (where companies issue equity for cash rather than borrowing?)

In your world companies should just borrow money to grow and expand and never raise any equity and have zero reason to list on a stock exchange.
