Gee sorry for pointing out some facts. You don't know what these"finance types" are doing right? working out the OCS and the risk weighted structures for project finance.
Debt structures are always better than full equity funding to say otherwise shows a real scepticism of finance.
Sorry if it sounds harsh but these are established facts and there is 0 chance that this project will be fully equity funded. The question is what is the ratio. Like I said, in my opinion, the higher the debt % the better.
