Going by their announcement, the following would apply.

For the purposes of Listing Rule 17.2, the Company provides the following information:
a) As set out in its request for trading halt dated 8 October 2020, the Company is currently working on finalizing a material transaction.
b) The Company has not concluded the terms of the material transaction.
c) The Company requests the voluntary suspension remains in place until the Company releases an announcement in relation to the outcome of the material transaction on the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 13 October 2020.
d) The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.

What was (a) and with who. Depends on what detail was in (b). Until (a) + (b) is sorted, we wont see either (c) or (d).
