I have been asking myself the same question about these T/H 's so I looked up the ASX definition of rule 3.1, I took away from that , that the fines that can be handed
out for a breach of listing rule 3.1 is not something our esteemed BOD are willing to waste money on, and also the fact that Everest Corporate Pty Ltd who are contracted ,to use Dean Tuck's words "Dot our I's and cross our T's , as annoying as a T/H may be, at least we play by the rules , here's hoping that the information they have can have a "Material effect on the Price or Value of our entities Securities" for the positive GLTAH
