    yeah the offer is as previously stated and cap col raising I think $2.125m for 8.5...after this will have plus $4.3m in the kitty...setting up for some serious drilling...I'll get more...like I said my money now on Rand project and can't wait to see that Aeromag on Rand followed in with assays at dead horse and then much awaited drilling at sugarloaf and broadly belgravia...mate this mgmt is just moving hard
