Is this just a raising for 708s ?
This will be the third one this year for “ sophisticated investors” !!
I know it keeps the register smaller but as a 708 some I know turn on dime .
Maybe it’s time for KTA to lock in a decent amount of $ by opening the offer up to all .
Takes away all need for funds for a while .
