Well to be frank, in the very short term, I though it was a bit silly spiking like that - tenements not yet granted and unable to do field work yet. But, as @The Avenger,@tolli017 and @JandJ have all indicated, the potential of these tenements is extremely interesting with very very strong indicators for rare earths presence via monazite already known. The very limited historic tests have also shown that the monazite does include NdPr elements so I would suggest, silly as 13 might have been the other day, exploration in the future is likely to leave it as a forgotten memory.
