So it certainly is a surprise that there is another CR happening so soon considering what the company has announced previously however we don't know if it is a general CR or a strategic one. In a way I am leaning more towards a strategic raise just on how their request has been requested compared to the last two raises.

If it is a strategic raise say someone like Microsoft (certainly not saying it is) then this is is certainly material news and excellent news and could lead to more being pushed by the partner. You can imagine if Microsoft was going to go and select Mogul as exclusive partner and to be used on the release of the new Xboxs then that would shoot the SP up however Microsoft would also want to be rewarded for their support and continued efforts so doing a strategic raise would certainly help both companies with a win win.

Now again this is pure guessing it could be more strategic rather than a general shaking of the can as the company said they were well funded but if someone such as Mircosoft came to you and said we want to partner with you long term but we also want a share of the business wouldn't you do a this sort of raise?

Guess we will find out more later this week and this is just my thoughts/opinion.
