I am going with strategic as they didn’t need the funds and going with a strategic partner then it would be a very strong positive IMO and also doesn’t add to the available shares being traded compared to a genera raise that can go to short term out look investors and long term.
Not saying dilution won’t happen as it happens with issuing more shares but no one has bought any of Razers shares so a strategic partner similar to that would create some dilution but not the availability of the shares as the partner wouldn’t be chipping in for a quick trade.
This is IMO.
