If going to Instos & Sophs, hopefully its tight & oversubscribed so Investors need to get their fill on the market... But a strategic partner would be ideal though in any situation.
"Material" Capital Raise is a way of saying it will add "significant" value to the companys operation. If so, lets hope that the announcement on Friday clearly states the material reasons for which capital has been raised.
As mentioned here already, we had enough cash for >12 months so something significant in the near term requires extra capital.
Just my opinion though as it could end up being a normal CR thats taking advantage of the current bull market.
