Agree with timing is good! First up no matter the amount or style, if this management say they need money to do something, you damn well give it to them & then ask them if they would like more. If it was anyone else i could understand the caution. There are three reasonable scenarios, all ultimately end in a positive outcome, and long term favourable outlook which is what this industry & micro cap is about, not the pips. 1) discounted price and regular public investors, some dilution but funds to grow & execute strategic vision (ie like what you normally would expect). 2) discounted price to large sophisticated investor, no one will even care or feel impact or dilution, money to grow, reputable partner & story continues on its great path with acceleration. 3) marginally or no discount or forms of options etc, with large sophisticated investor, same as above, except the boards deal making abilities exceed the heights of the esports gods, and should be award nobel prize for deal making. As you can see any which direction we shoot for the stars, land on the moon, onwards to mars, eventually build a base on Pluto. Win Win. Just my personal views and assessments, but as a long & deep holder, i can genuinely say im happy this far, DYOR.
