Its unfortunate that some people here don't understand the evolution of a stock like this. It entered a space/industry that was/is going to achieve super growth.It didn't begin life with the right structure or the right management team and is now suffering for those earlier mistakes. The company has no choice but to continue to ensure it has sufficient capital to pull off major deals. Yes there is going to be dilution. You are betting on this new superstar team on doing mega deals in order for this company to be a serious player. Its a binary outcome, they either deliver massively or fail miserably. If dilution is a problem for you then sell and move on, otherwise have some faith and be patient.
