Given the wording of this sentence I think something is definitely underway -
"a potential capital raise, which the Company is not in a position to announce to the market at
present."
Could this possibly be partnership discussions for trials and they had to go into a halt so there was no insider trading?
This would explain the word 'potential', and not being in a position to make an announcement at present..?
