Jeez I wasnt too far off with the 300 million shares. Think I'm starting to understand how this stuff works. Although the raise was certainly a complete surprise. Not at a premium to market but not too steep a discount either so hopefully onward and upward. It will be interesting to see take up rate among holders as it is still a huge amount. It feels like Mr Tribe has all the money to fund any portion he wants and anyone else has to scramble to keep up. I guess it is a positive that he seems to want as much as he can get, and is certainly giving holders the chance buy too. Weather they can find the cash quick enough is the question.
