In my opinion it was the other way around..cornerstone/mjr SHs diverging on priorities and strategic direction.
The mgmt team + NEDs got it wrong and this was clear to me pre Covid. Yes sales were increasing but it came with a disproportionate increase in costs and hence struggled with CF. There is a view that more focus needs to be on costs rather than vols, which is a view that I share. I hope that a change in mgmt and board sees the right direction and continuing business activity (which is not guaranteed atm as I view risk of corp activity as high).
