From the last annual report:
Each year the Company is required to obtain a valuation of TSI India to be in compliance with the accounting standards. The valuation
estimated Vortiv’s 24.89% holding to be between $5.5 million and $8.9 million.
So with $25M in cash VOR should be worth $30M-$36M.
No longer in the cyber security business.
