Keeping the sell price on one side, their strategy to acquire these businesses couple of years ago clearly did not work. There was no synergy created to take the company valuation to new high.
TSI is a dead business, clearly nobody wants to buy it at least not in this market.
I don't believe long term holders are coming out as winners in this situation.
