Well, VOR was only valued at $26M so selling off a large part of it for $25M when the remaining bit is still worth $5-$9M seems like a clever deal. Of course, it does change the whole rationale for investing in VOR (who was invested here because of the part ownership of TSI India?). I guess we need to hear what will be done with the proceeds of the sale/s.
