RT is in escrow for 12 months on the 18c shares.
However, you do not make a $25m purchase without due diligence. If the deal is done:
- when was the offer made and how was it conveyed?
- when did due diligence start?
- who was aware outside the board?
- did any share transactions occur by those who had an understanding of the due diligence?
I don't know the answer, I doubt we will find out, but it is an interesting side note to all this. A few months back we were acquiring, now we are divesting.
What happened between 10 August update and now. We were told:
In FY21, VOR expects:
• Revenue growth
• Margin expansion
• Profit growth
• Strong organic client growth
• Strong sector demand outlook
• Potential latent value asset
realisation
• Potential opportunistic,
accretive acquisitions
Now we have got what? It is all a bit strange. It is almost like C10 and Decipher Works did there own deal and said take it or leave it, we're going IMO.
