What are our carried losses? Guessing we'd pay a chunk of tax on this sale... Lucky to end up with $18M after tax?I bought in here based on organic growth of the existing cyber and cloud businesses... Management couldn't find a good conpany/asset to buy for the last year so why would anyone think they'll find something now? Raising funds for acquisitions would have been easy in this market so not having sufficient funds wouldn't have been an excuse...
