Just to add to that post, we need to receive an independent expert report, for what that is worth. As far as I can tell it only has to be an ordinary resolution per the listing rules and I found nothing in the Constitution to change that view. So over 50% of those entitled to vote, will decide this. It will be interesting to see who/if any person/entity is excluded from voting.
