My honest opinion

- The board are currently in a No F Given phase
- Zero respect for shareholders
- Tired of shareholders questioning their abilities
- Zero motivation to grow the business
- Jeff is happy to sit in Perth renting out Gary's office
- Gary is happy playing with his tyre mob and collect a wage from VOR
- A sale/ special divi/ then ' look for a acquisition' will come tomorrow
- Some disgruntled will move on
- Some new investors will see value
- repeat of the last few years will continue in the foreseeable future

Red Flags Were
- Jeff's dismal holding
- Board taking con note interest fro. holders rather than converting to shares
- Non communication from management
- Gregg T resigning
- Every other cyber business on the Asx moving while we were going backwards

All my opinion, more than happy to be proven wrong
