Ann: Trading halt, page-4

This is my second for the morning.

The world (except my 1.5m) must be awash with sophisticated investors wanting to throw more money at bottom end of the stock market.

Interesting that if they really needed the money (they have $3.8m in the kitty and a burn rate of less than a $1m a quarter), that they didn't do it last month at around $0.04. Strike to management.

Also coming just before the 1:50 share consolidation in a month which would be expected to also bring a bit of price weakness by giving a ticker price of $1.50 for a company losing $1m a quarter. Another strike.

Hopefully they have a real purpose for needing $12m sitting in the tin otherwise makes no sense at all.
